Bean bark stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

     Pack all dry ingredients in a plastic zip style bag.

Yield: Serves 1

Rehydrate:

  1. Combine all ingredients with 1 ¼ cup water in pot and soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Light stove, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 more minute.
  3. Remove from stove.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir briskly before eating and the bark will dissolve into tasty gravy.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla
