Apple almond quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dehydrated quinoa
  • 2 Tbl. dehydrated apples
  • 1 Tbl. slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbl. powdered milk
  • 1 Tbl. sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.

Yield: Serves 1

Rehydrate:

  1. Add enough hot water to cover ingredients.
  2. Stir and then let set for 5 minutes or until cereal is rehydrated.
