Menu – week 12

See the recipe page for many of the recipes. Remember, some of the meals are dehydrated left-overs (We haven’t eaten left-overs for six months).

breakfast lunch/snack dinner dessert
granola, oatmeal, quinoa, couscous, rice pudding, Canadian hash brown (w/ tortilla), breakfast casserole (w/ tortilla) peanut butter wraps
snacks – granola bars, veggie snacks, nuts, chocolate pudding
thick veggie soup, unstuffed pepper, Mexican beef & rice (w/ tortilla), barbecue stew, taco mac & cheese, corn bark stew, bean bark stew (w/ tortilla) chocolate pudding, mud pie, banana pudding, pumpkin pie, rice pudding
