Menu – week 2

See the recipe page for many of the recipes. Remember, some of the meals are dehydrated left-overs (We haven’t eaten left-overs for six months).

granola, oatmeal, quinoa, couscous, hash brown sausage and egg casserole (w/ tortilla),  butternut porridge, taco mac & cheese (extra), Canadian hash brown (w/tortilla) peanut butter wraps
snacks – granola bars, fruit roll-ups, cheese, chips
burrito & rice w/ spanish rice, black bean & jalapeno (w/tortilla), spaghetti, chili, rice sausage & mushroom, cabbage casserole, chili, black bean stew chocolate pudding, strawberry cake, rice pudding, mud pie, apple pie, pineapple cake
