Menu – week 5

See the recipe page for many of the recipes. Remember, some of the meals are dehydrated left-overs (We haven’t eaten left-overs for six months).

granola, oatmeal, quinoa, couscous, hash brown sausage and egg casserole (w/ tortilla), breakfast casserole (w/ tortilla), taco mac & cheese peanut butter wraps
snacks – granola bars, fruit roll-ups,  walnuts, nuts, cheese
lazy lasagna, ham & beans, black bean stroganoff,  tuna cheese soufflé, black bean stew, quick beef stew, Mexican chicken & rice (w/ tortilla) chocolate pudding, mud pie, rice pudding, banana nut bread, pumpkin pie
