GARLIC BREAD CROUTONS (dehydrated)

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices (I use my homemade bread)
  • Garlic powder (or other spice of choice, such as Italian seasoning)

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle slices with spice.
  2. Cut bread into bite-size pieces.

Dehydrate:

  1. Place bread pieces on the dehydrator trays.
  2. Dehydrate at 125 degrees for approximately 4 hours.
  3. There should be no sponginess left in the bread, or it might spoil later.
