Menu – week 1

See the recipe page for many of the recipes. Remember, some of the meals are dehydrated left-overs (We haven’t eaten left-overs for six months).

beef and bean burrito (w/tortilla), oatmeal, quinoa, couscous,  breakfast casserole (w/ tortilla), hash brown sausage and egg casserole (w/ tortilla), taco macaroni & cheese peanut butter wraps
snacks – granola bars, fruit roll-ups, cheese, caramel walnuts, fruit & nuts,  pudding
sloppy jo(w/ tortilla),  spaghetti  sloppy jo and mac & cheese (w/ tortilla),  tuna cheese soufflé, chili & au gratin pot. Chili, bean burrito & rice (w/ tortilla), Mexican mix (w/ tortilla) chocolate pudding, apple pie, rice pudding
