Rice pudding

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dehydrated vanilla rice
  • ¼ cup dehydrated grapes
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine rice, sugar, and cinnamon in bag.
  2. Pack dehydrated grapes in a separate small bag.

Yield: Serves 1

Rehydrate:

  1. Combine all ingredients with ¾ cup water in pot and soak 5 minutes.
  2. Light stove and heat to near boiling.
  3. Remove from stove and let set 10 minutes before eating.

This can be served as a breakfast or dessert.
